About Caregiver

I am a compassionate, dependable and hands-on caregiver with experience supporting families through postpartum care , newborn care, household support and day-to-day routines. As a postpartum doula, I understand the importance of providing care that is patient, respectful, attentive and centered around the individual’s needs.

I enjoy helping people feel comfortable, supported and cared for in their own homes. I am comfortable assisting with daily routines, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, companionship, organization and personal support, while maintaining dignity and respect at all times.

I am responsible, trustworthy and attentive to detail, and I understand that every person and family has different needs and preferences. I bring a calm presence, strong communication skills and a genuine desire to make someone’s day easier while helping them remain as independent and comfortable as possible.
