The care seeker can compare the platform suggestions in a table;
The care seeker can send a message to her/his desired care giver and/or care service provider and ask her/his questions;
After making a decision, the care seeker can check her/his desired caregiver’s schedule and reserve her/his services online;
The care seeker should pay for the services through the platform;
Cura Caregiver platform will transfer the money to caregivers account after s/he finishes her/his job;
The care seeker is asked to rate the caregiver’s services and write a review for her/him. By rating and writing a review, the care seeker can earn some points which can be further used as a discount for her/his further reservations in Cura Caregiver platform.
For care giver service providers/ individual certified care givers:
The care giver opens an account in curacaregiver.com;
The care giver is asked to upload document confirming her/his identity and qualifications;
Cura Caregiver operator will check the uploaded documents in a business day and activate the caregivers’ account;
The care giver can set up her/his profile with entering some information such as her/his range of services, range of price for each service, available time, etc.;
The caregiver will receive a message in her/his preferred platform (SMS, Email) whenever s/he receives a caregiving request;
The caregiver can check and answer the care seekers messages and confirm a request for appointment through her/his account;
The care giver will receive money in her/his account when s/he finishes her/his job;
The care giver can also rate the care seeker through the platform;
The care givers will receive notifications about the latest in the caregiving world through Cura monthly newsletter.
