About Caregiver
After more than seven years supporting seniors with complex medical needs, I’ve learned that patience and observation are just as important as knowledge. My main focus is helping clients safely manage their daily health routines at home after hospital discharge or during recovery periods. I have experience working with stroke survivors, diabetic clients, and individuals with limited mobility. I believe in building trust first, then routines. I speak both English and French fluently, and I’m comfortable working with multicultural families in Ottawa.
