I’ve been supporting seniors with day-to-day home living for more than 5 years, especially those who prefer to stay in their own home but need a little help to keep things organized. I enjoy preparing balanced meals and creating safe, clean environments where people feel comfortable and respected. Raised in Ghana and living in Ottawa for 10 years, I bring a warm approach and often use small routines to promote independence. I speak French, English, and Twi, and I especially focus on seniors who want to maintain their autonomy while receiving respectful support at home
